Pharmacy Weight Loss Leyland is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Leyland and the surrounding UK area. We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual deemed clinically unsuitable following pharmacist review. Our services are not intended for individuals with a BMI below the clinical threshold required for weight loss medication under current NHS and MHRA guidelines.
All prescriptions are issued by a registered prescriber following a clinical assessment of your completed consultation form. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team and are not guaranteed upon submission.
You must provide accurate and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in clinically unsafe prescribing and the immediate termination of your account. You must notify us of any changes to your health, medication, or medical history before each order.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with any third party.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via an encrypted payment gateway.
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, you will always be informed of the price before completing your purchase.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will not be charged for the medication. Any applicable consultation fee will be clearly communicated before you proceed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your registered UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure.
Medications will be packaged discreetly and in accordance with pharmaceutical storage requirements.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in line with UK regulations governing the return of prescription medicines.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Our services are not a substitute for a comprehensive medical assessment by your GP or specialist. We strongly encourage you to inform your regular doctor of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications may carry side effects. Full information will be provided with your medication. You should seek immediate medical attention if you experience any adverse reactions. We do not accept liability for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided during consultation.
Your personal and medical data is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
